Our More-on-One consists of various challenging group lessons of 45 minutes. Our trainers regularly come up with a new concept and test whether it works. The range of group lessons includes:
A high intensity training (HIT) where you push yourself to the limit. The training focuses on muscle building and fitness and challenges you to push your limits. It is a good workout to lose those extra pounds.
You work on endurance, strength and flexibility in an effective way. For the whole body.
MONTHLY TERMINABLE
You will effectively work on endurance, strength-specific training that focuses on the glutes and legs. For the whole body.
This training improves your posture and mobility in the joints and muscles. With dynamic stretching exercises you work on strength, mobility and flexibility. This prevents injuries, allows you to move more smoothly and perform better.
A high-intensity interval training (HIIT). You repeat each exercise with high intensity and short breaks. You perform an exercise intensively for 20 seconds, then you rest for 10 seconds, then do the same exercise again for 20 seconds, for a total of three rounds.

Strength training consisting of classic gym training combined with functional movements. Each training focuses on different, specific muscle groups!

The yoga class is for anyone who wants to experience more peace and relaxation and also wants to work on a healthy and strong body. During the lessons, different yoga styles are discussed (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin). Pralaya yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on aligning the joints and improving muscle balance.

Our group lessons are small-scale. A maximum of 12 people are allowed in a lesson.
Certainly not. Our experienced trainers will guide you to perform the exercises correctly. It is no problem if a beginner joins our loyal customers: every exercise can be adapted to your level.
Because we work by appointment, we have a contract with each other instead of a subscription. We work with periods of 3 months for optimal results. After these three months you have the choice to continue or not.
