WHY GLUTE TRAINING AT BBPT?

By regularly adding a glutes workout to your workout routine, you can not only improve the shape and firmness of your glutes, but also improve the overall strength, stability and performance of your lower body. In addition, it can help prevent injuries and improve your posture and alignment.

Our workouts consist of several challenging 45-minute group classes. Our trainers regularly come up with a new concept and try it out to see if it works. The group exercise classes on offer include:

A high intensity workout (HIT) where you go to the limit. The workout focuses on muscle building and conditioning and challenges you to push your limits. It’s a great workout to lose those extra pounds.

The yoga class is for anyone who wants to experience more rest and relaxation while also working on a healthy and strong body. Various styles of yoga are taught throughout the classes (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin). Pralaya yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on aligning the joints and improving muscle balance.

Our group classes are small in size. A maximum of 12 people are allowed in a class.

Sure you can! Our experienced trainers will guide you to perform the exercises correctly. It is no problem if a beginner joins our loyal customers: every exercise can be adapted to your level.

Because we work by appointment, we share a contract rather than a subscription. We work with periods of 3 months for optimal results. After these three months you have the choice to continue or not.
