HOW DOES TRAINING AT BODY BALANCE ROTTERDAM?

Body Balance Personal Training works on a three-month program basis, which consists of three different one-month phases. Each phase focuses on something different for best results. See below for the different steps. After 12 weeks of intensive training together, we discuss the results and evaluate the training program. Of course we hope you are satisfied. Are you enthusiastic and would you like to continue? Together with your personal trainer you determine what you want to do.

FOOD

Eating and drinking well helps you get healthier and fitter. And ensures that you achieve your specific goal faster. We are therefore happy to support you in making the right choices regarding nutrition. You will receive a number of important nutrition tips that will help you reach your goal.

THE TRAININGS

Getting Started! The training program lasts 3 months and is tailored to your goals. Your personal trainer knows exactly what level you are at and tailors each workout just for you. A workout lasts 30 minutes, which is just right. You will see, that with only 2x 30 minutes per week you will make fast progress.

EVALUATION

We measure your progress once a month and reflect on it. If necessary, we adjust the training program. We also like to hear how you feel in the meantime. Are you satisfied? Then so are we. Do you have feedback? Do not hesitate to discuss it with us. We are happy to listen to you.

All of our trainers are licensed and qualified in the field of personal training. The difference is in the number of years of practical experience. Our junior personal trainers have all the necessary knowledge, but are not yet as experienced in the field of personal training. Our advanced trainers have several years of work experience and our senior personal trainers are the seasoned trainers with extensive work experience.

No, but we do support you in making the right choices around nutrition. You will receive some important nutrition tips from us that will help you reach your goal.

Sure you can! Our experienced trainers will guide you to perform the exercises correctly. It is no problem if a beginner joins our loyal customers: every exercise can be adapted to your level. Especially in the Four-on-One, the trainer has ample opportunity to divide his time and attention neatly.

Because we work by appointment, we share a contract rather than a subscription. We work with periods of 3 months for optimal results. After these three months you have the choice to continue or not.

At BBPT we have monthly measurements. The circumference of seven points is measured in centimeters. This allows us to capture and monitor your progression.
