WHY YOGA AT BBPT?

Yoga at Body Balance Personal Training is part of our More-On-One package.

During classes, different styles of yoga are covered (Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin). Each class is based on the principles of Pralaya yoga. Pralaya yoga is a form of yoga that focuses on aligning the joints and improving muscle balance. Due to our modern Western lifestyle, people generally move less, putting more strain on certain muscles than others. This creates an imbalance. Pralaya yoga focuses on restoring this imbalance by training weaker muscle groups and lengthening the strong but mostly short muscles. Different variations of exercises will be explained during class, making it accessible to everyone.

Our More-on-One consists of several challenging 45-minute group exercise classes. Our trainers regularly come up with a new concept and try it out to see if it works. The group class offerings include:

A high intensity workout (HIT) where you go to the limit. The workout focuses on muscle building and conditioning and challenges you to push your limits. It’s a great workout to lose those extra pounds.

The yoga class is for anyone who wants to experience more rest and relaxation while working on a healthy and strong body. Our group classes are small in size. A maximum of 12 people are allowed in a class.

Sure you can! Our experienced trainers will guide you to perform the exercises correctly. It is no problem if a beginner joins our loyal customers: every exercise can be adapted to your level.

Because we work by appointment, we share a contract rather than a subscription. We work with periods of 3 months for optimal results. After these three months you have the choice to continue or not.
